Leeford and Pete were our grandfathers. Two strong, respected family men whose values still guide us: family, hard work, integrity, and building something that lasts. We named the business after them to honour their legacy, and to create opportunities for the generations that follow.

The business is led by Shanique Myrie, Founder & Managing Director, with co-founder Mark Myrie leading strategy and systems. We have secured and managed six properties across Birmingham, Coventry, Stoke-on-Trent and Bedford, some for three years and counting.
