Shanique leads the business day to day and is the person our investors, landlords and corporate clients deal with directly. She oversees our serviced accommodation, HMO and contractor accommodation services, and every relationship the firm is built on.
She started the company after her first child was born, determined to build something of her own that gives her family real freedom. That drive is still what gets deals over the line.
Mark Myrie
Mark works behind the scenes on strategy, business structure and the systems that keep everything running properly. From how a deal is checked to how a client is looked after, he designs the way we work so quality is never left to chance.
Every major decision is made together, and Mark takes the long view, making sure the business grows in a way that lasts for the generations the firm was founded for.
Kayedean Thaxter
Kayedean sources deals for the firm: finding opportunities, building relationships with agents and vendors across Birmingham, Coventry, Stoke-on-Trent and Bedford, and doing the early groundwork that decides whether a deal is worth a closer look.
It's careful, patient work, and it's where every opportunity we put in front of investors begins.

Maurice leads outreach and brings technology into the way we work, from finding new opportunities to keeping our processes sharp.
He looks after partnerships and enquiries from first contact onwards, and keeps the systems behind the business fast, reliable and easy to deal with, so investors and site teams always get a quick, straight answer.
