Privacy notice

Last updated 14 July 2026. How we look after your information. Please read this alongside anything we agree with you directly.

Who we are

Leeford and Pete Properties Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the information you share with us. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15552772, with our registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB766711.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website or deal with us directly, we collect:

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

How your enquiry reaches us

When you send an enquiry, the form is processed by Netlify, Inc., the platform that hosts this website. Your message is emailed to us and stored securely in our Netlify account so that we do not lose it. Netlify is based in the United States, so your enquiry may be processed on servers outside the UK; this takes place under appropriate safeguards (such as the standard contractual clauses recognised under UK data protection law) intended to give your information the same protection it would have here. Netlify handles this data only on our behalf, under contract, and for no other purpose. Netlify's own privacy notice is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information, and we never pass it on for other companies to market to you. We share it only where we have to: with the trusted providers who help us operate (such as Netlify, which hosts this website and processes enquiries on our behalf, and, if you become a client, our accountant or professional advisers), and where the law requires it. Anyone who handles your data for us is bound to keep it confidential and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it. If your enquiry does not lead to us working together, we remove your details once it is clear there is nothing further to discuss. Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires, including the retention periods that apply to anti-money-laundering records.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make any of these requests, just get in touch using the details below. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we would always prefer the chance to put things right first.
